Qué onda, voz? (What's happening?)

There are several Guatemalan magazine and newspaper websites that can give you up-to-date information about Guatemala in general and Antigua in particular.

Prensa Libra (in Spanish) is the major daily newspaper in Guatemala. It is slightly right of center in its political views and takes pride in exposing corruption in the government which can make for some interesting editorials. (Note: this website is quite large and may be a slow in loading.)

The Guatemala Times (in English) is a relatively new online newspaper with articles about Guatemala over the past year or so.

The Revue (in English) is published (now online only) in Antigua and in addition to its monthly calendar of arts and cultural events includes articles on local people and places.

Que Pasa (In both English and Spanish) has a calendar of upcoming events in Antigua, plus articles on what to do! Que Pasa publishes a print version of its magazone three times a year.
