The chart below shows our year to date progress in reaching our budgeted revenue goal for 2011 of just slightly over $70,000. It first shows the percentage of that total goal reached during each month of the year so far, and at the bottom it shows the total percentage of our annual goal reached as of the end of the prior month. (Note: Surpassing our goal of $70,000 would give us the means to provide even more assistance in 2012, i.e., offering more scholarships and assisting the schools with more equipment, supplies and teacher training.)
As you can see below, October, was a very successful month for us, as we concluded our fall fundraising trip to Oregon, Washington and Alaska. We have now surpassed our budgeted goal for 2011 and any revenues we receive during the last several months of the year will enable us to further expand our scholarship program and school improvement grants in 2012.
