Horses on the Playground: Imagine our surprise recently when we arrived in El Yalu for our weekly teaching visit only to find the school playground and village plaza filled with horses. It turns out that the World Horse Welfare Association had come to the village to do hoof care on the more than 100 horses that are used for work in the village and the surrounding fields.
