In keeping with our stated value of transparency, and to be in compliance with the regulations regarding public disclosure for non-profit 501(c)(3) public charities in the United States, we have placed on this page of our website links to a number of legal documents and government required annual reports which are to be available for public inspection.  In addition, we have provided links to important organizational policies and standards that have been formally adopted by the Avivara Board of Directors.

Avivara received its determination as a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) public charity from the United States Internal Revenue Service on December 30, 2008. As per the IRS, that determination was retroactive to Avivara's date of incorporation, February 20, 2008.
